I just checked your blog.Here are a few things which may help:
1.Reduce the number of ads on page(especially those at the top).
2.The colour combination can be improved.Try to match the ad colour with the page colour.

Thanks a lot for your response. So, you mean to say, i must reduce the ad blocks at the top of my page, right ? I will do as you say. So, how many ad blocks shall i place ? I mean, is just 2 ad blocks enough ? My main intention of placing more ads at the top is to get more clicks! So, what do you say about this ?
I meant that there should not be a big gap between the title and the 1st post.
1.You can keep 1 horizontal ad unit at the top.
2.You can remove the video ad unit.
3.For the "song download" blogs,the link units work well.You can try a link unit in sidebar too.
4.Remove the ads in the posts (they can irritate the readers).
The most important thing is that the ads should look as a part of webpage.
